Joe Shoemaker is a DPS Innovation School which gives us flexibility in designing our school calendar. While much of our school year mirrors the rest of the DPS calendar, we do have a few days/times that differ from the rest of the district.
School Hours for 2024-2025: (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays)
K-5 – 8:15 am – 3:15 pm
Thursdays are Early Release Days for Shoemaker:
K-5 – 8:15 am – 1:00 pm
*Please note: ECE hours are different than K-5
ECE – 8:30 am – 2:30 pm (Monday-Friday)
