Joe Shoemaker is a DPS Innovation School which, gives us flexibility in designing our school calendar. While much of our school year mirrors the rest of the DPS calendar, we do have a few days that differ from the rest of the district. To best support our families, we have a few tools you can use to see what’s going on at school.

All school events such as parent teacher conferences, teacher planning days, school vacations, field work days, and before and after school events can be found under the EVENTS heading, which is on every page of our school website. Just click on the event for more information.
