Shoemaker Early Bird Registration       

To enroll your student in our school (Joe Shoemaker School) You need the following documents:

• Proof of Birth (birth certificate, passport, hospital certificate)
• Immunization card
• Proof of address (lease, contract agreement, water or electricity bill)
• Proof of income -30 consecutive days (ECE students only)

To apply to Joe Shoemaker’s school go to SCHOOLCHOICE.DPSK12.ORG

Already a Shoemaker family? Make sure you complete “online registration” in the parent portal.

For in-person assistance please come to registration on:

-Thursday, August 8th from 12:00 pm-6:00 pm or

-Friday, August 9th from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
